AGFA Lightweight Cassettes With Screens are conventional imaging cassettes with a unique non-metallic construction that provides rigidity, lighter weight, longer wear and reduced patient dosage. The cassette has a unique pressure system for absolute film/screen contact and features double safety latches, full-length ultra-flexible plastic hinge, corner bumpers and comfortable skin contact.
You have two choices in screens for the AGFA Cassette.
Blue Rare Earth screens provide an 800 speed system when used with high speed blue sensitive film and a 400 speed system when sued with a half-speed blue sensitive film.
Ortho Rare Earth screens provide a 400 speed system when used with a high speed green sensitive film.
Both Types of screens are supplied with blockers.
